I completed my CSWP exam and I passed exam successfully. When I want to download my certificate I have some problems. The certificate I downloaded is not complete. The certificate does not mention the level of the exam that I did. 

I have attached the image of the problem I am facing. 

I have also mailed the support regarding my issue, but I got no reply.  

Does anyone know whom should I contact?
