I bought the student version of 3D Experience Solidworks as I am enrolled in school and thought my university would provide me with the SDK key, but unfortunately, my school does not provide it. I bought this version of Solidworks so that I could practice and now I am not able to install the software. Is it possible for me to get a refund for the student version and buy the Makers version of the software instead? I am finding it very hard to get in touch with the customer support of Dassault Systems as they are unresponsive. Is there any way I could get a refund?
