Refund desktop & 3D

 

Hi, I’ve been on this journey of discussing a refund since 11/30/24. I’ve spoken to several agents both by phone and email but I’ve only been redirected. The last representative, John C. Advised me to try the refund link and should that be unsuccessful. Simply reply to his email. This conversation date is 12/17 (attached). 
There are 2 purchase because I didn not get a confirmation message or an email receipt for the desktop version. I then attempted a 2nd purchase for the cloud as I wanted to use my MacBook.

However, it’s a moot point as my goal was to have a headstart getting familiar with the software prior to the semester starting. 

I am a student with a disability, therefore it was important for me to have a license for extra study sessions outside of school. But instead spent a month attempting to get help .

 I’m requesting a refund on both (desktop ‘ 3Dcloud) as I’ve recently heard back from professor that licenses will be provided.
