d. how did you do it OR what all steps you took 

e. Which software product are you talking about - 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ,  CATIA,  V5 or any other?

f. Which app you are referring to? Example: Part Design, Generative Shape Design etc. (only if you faced an issue while using an app)

g. your system specifications and graphics driver specifications (only for app crashes or performance issues)

h. What issue you faced? or What bug appeared? or What's stopping you from moving forward?
