Question About Changing Email for 3DEXPERIENCE Certification Account

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the 3DEXPERIENCE certification account. My account is currently registered under my university email address. Since I will be graduating soon, I am concerned about losing access to my certifications once my university email becomes inactive.

I would like to know:

What happens to certifications when the registered email is changed?

Will certifications remain valid and accessible if I update the email to a personal one?

What is the safest way to change the account email without risking the loss of certification records?

I already tried reaching out to support@virtualtester.com
but haven’t received a response yet.
Has anyone here gone through this process and can share their experience or best practices?
