We are a Formula Student Team and would like to ask whether the accounts of our team members on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform can be activated.
Currently, some of our members do not yet have access, and we will need the access by next week in order to continue our work and preparations.

Could you please let us know if the activation will take place soon, or if there are any additional steps required from our side?
