The issue I'm having is that as I'm working in SolidWorks creating a drawing or making the assembly the program will freeze then shut down with no error message. Based on the information below are you able to provide me with any suggestions in regard to solving this issue. The Issue is sporadic.
I have a Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fb3xxx
System Type x64-based PC
Processor AMD Ryzen AI 5 340 w/ Radeon 840M, 2000 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Home
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 5050 8GB
Note: I have uninstalled and installed program and it worked one day and the next day the issue occured again. I have also uninstalled the drivers and re-installed the drivers and the application worked fine the next day. Two days later without using the program its shutting down with no error message. Any suggestions or insights would be helpful.
