Product Activation Problem

Hi,

I am installation a student version of SW for First Robotics on a machine that had a previous version installed.

I followed the directions, entered the provided license, but I am not able to activate the license – I get the following error message. Any help in fixing is appreciated.


Note: Initial installation did not work due to existing MS SQL Server Instance still on machine (I did do a full uninstall of SW 2018 as instructed first), but I had to manually delete the old SQL instance. After this SW installed with no issues.
