Dear Solidworks,
I believe I should have free access to solidoworks due to my institution the University of Exeter and have followed the steps outlined given to me by my university and your FAQ. However I can not activate the product as it says "Activation transaction failed: Serial number not entitled to SOLIDWORKS 2024. Check that you have entered the correct serial number. For further support, contact your support representative. (3/0)".
When I try do it manually on the request form it says serial number unset
But I do have what I believe to be serial number which I am sure works where can I input this?
