Problems with verifying my product keys

Hello,
I have tried to access mySOLIDWORKS ID account to verify my product keys but every singular time I try to login it responds with:
"Log in failed, please try again or click here to try to reset your password."
When attempting to reset my password (totally unnecessary process because I haven't lost my password), it throws me a totally random error message I haven't seen.
Sometimes it does get me to the resetting password form, but then on it never sends me an email.

Anyone has any clues how to deal with that? Or maybe how to contact support services to speak with an company agent/representative for a possible solution?
