have bought a new computer and decided to install 3D experience that I had on my previous computer on this one. I had no problems downloading it on my mac pro, but on the lenovo yoga 9 it shows me only errors. I have tried contaction support, but as you can see in the last picture I apparently dont have access even though I have an accound and should have access. I also have a verification on my email shwoing that I have an account
