Problem with updating 3DExperience softwares and Chromium Embedded Frameworks

Hello guys. Recently, I have been facing a problem with updating my 3DExperience. I hope someone could help me.

Just turned on PC, went to the 3DExperience website to start the software and a new update was available named as 3DExperience 2024x HotFix 3 and asking me to open Chromium Embedded Framework. When clicking to update, a loading window right at the end of the 3DCompass panel shows saying "Launching Installation". I wait, but then, nothing happens.

I then tried to update through the 3DExperience Launcher. After opening the launcher, a new window popped up saying that a new update was available, so then I clicked on it, waited, and nothing happened.

Consequently, I visited some foruns on Reddit and users were recommending to reinstall 3DExperience Launcher, so that's what I did. I used Windows to uninstall 3DExperience Launcher and then reinstalled it. But the problem persisted. Then, I decided to reinstall the Chromium Embedded Framework by uninstalling it using Windows. Later on, went to the website, launched any software, waited for it to ask to install Chromium Embedded Framework, I click to install but the problem persists and now I do not have Chromium Embedded Framework anymore.

Finally, I went diggin into the "Dassault Systemes" folder inside the Program Files folder. I found an application called "setup" inside "C:/Program Files/Dassault Systemes/B426_Cloud/InstallData/installer". You can see the file location in the following image showing the location of the program. I suppose this opens the Installer application.

When opening this application, the DS Installer is opened and a critical error window is shown written "Failed to initialize the installer". When checking the technical details, the following text is shown:

I suppose the problem might be with this media.xml file. I have not experienced this problem before when I updated 3DExperience for the first time. What do you think that I can do? I am open to reinstalling 3DExperience completely, even if it takes time. I just do not know what to reinstall and if it would conflict with anything. I would be glad if someone could guide me into it.
