Hi everybody, i bought yesterday the SW student version's license. I just followed the instructions written in the installation guide; i compiled the download request and checked the e-mail for the serial number. But in the e-mail there wasn't it. The message in the e-mail say that the sn should be displayed in the webpage after have sent the download request, but it simply does not. What can i do?
