Problem with Mounting Tool to Robot Arm

Finding a problem to mount a tool to a robot. After defining the Mount position on the robotic arm and Part position on the Tool in the Equipment Design software (as instructed in the tutorials), the manufacturing cell is loaded in the Simulation Software. When trying to 'Set Tool', the following error pops up "Parent Resource should have a mount port". The same thing happens when selecting the Tool. I am assuming that the Mount Port I am setting is not being identified by the simulation. I went through the tutorials with no luck. Any help?
