Problem with account/activation

Hello,
I have an issue with my Solidworks activation, with the 2022 Student version. When I tried to activate it via Internet, I got the attached message. Upon first sight of this message, I saw that I had to create a 3ds account since I only had an "old" Solidworks account that had not been migrated. So I did create one. But it still displays the same message. I am confused since the license is supposed to be lifetime. If anyone needs more info I'll be happy to provide it.
