Problem ​​​​​​​3DexperiienceDesktopPlatform 
Hello everyone,
I am facing one issue while using the 3Dexperience Desktop Platform. Most of the time (95%) when I launch the Part Design Essentials Application from my Desktop and I enter my credentials into the portal it starts perfectly fine but after clicking ok to the 3D Part Creation process it shows creation successful and it suddenly crashes upon further interaction. 

I tried reinstalling it 3 times but it did not help.
Can anyone please help me fix the same?
