Hello everyone,

I purchased a student Edition recently and despite following all steps in the PDF files with my serial number and download instructions, I'm getting the error in the attached image.

It's probably speculation on my end, but it seems that I should be getting SW 2020 and the downloader is trying to get 2021? Maybe that's the reason my serial doesn't work?

Anyone experiencing this problem?
