Hey! So, my team and I were given the 3DExperience platform access. I have never used it before and for now it has been quite a challenge. My problem is that I have downloaded every single thing the platform has told me, however, I can't use the SolidWorks app or the CATIA V5 app neither within nor outside the web platform. What can I do to solve this issue? Please help me, I really need to start working on this year's project.
