I recently figured out how to add material by offsetting a surface of a part and separately adding a given material through that method. I finished one model without any problems, however this second model I'm not given the option in the Features toolbar. I have no idea where it went, but I have a feeling it has to do with the configuration since I initially changed it from Default. 

I deleted every configuration and display states but there's still no option. I have no idea how to get back to the original state and I feel stuck being so close to finishing the model.
