Je suis étudiant et après avoir effectuer le paiement, j'ai reçu un courriel contenant mon numéro de série et les instructions. Une fois sur le site des instructions, je rempli les informations et accepte les conditions de téléchargement mais la page des instructions se régénère à plusieurs tentatives sans aucun démarrage de téléchargement. J'ai changé de navigateur, ensuite navigateur privé mais le problème persiste. Merci de votre aide
