Hello everyone ! We are students from IUT de Mantes-en-Yvelines in professional license LP MIC², and with my team, we are proud to present you our project called the Cahors' clock. This project has been realized with the 3DExperience software.

It is working almost only with marbles, which are falling and rolling, activating the mechanism, thus making the needles turn. Only 2 engines are required to make the marbles come to the top back. 

We used the application "Mechanical System Experience" to simulate the functioning with the dynamic module. It was the first time for us and our teachers so we had to do a bunch a tests before we managed to make our first simulation.

You can see in these pictures the final result of the clock, made with wood, steel, brass and copper.
