I have been a SolidWorks user for a few years but outside of drafting I am not very tech Savvy. Previously, I had a student SolidWorks account on a PC and it ran fine with no issues. Once I switched over to a Mac computer and tried to use my updated account and software there is no way to start things up or run SolidWorks even after the download of the install file. How do I solve this problem because I’ve paid for the year but cannot even access the software for my courses.
