I have been trying to get help for almost 2 moths and keep getting sent around for the same problem i was told to put in tickets and then now i am told to write on here again.
my problem is my solidworks keeps crashing on me and I cant use some of my tools i am still very new to the software so i am following an outside course. but i was trying to use the linear sketch tool and it has crashed every time both safari and on chrome.
as a side not i also cant save as a PDF which i would really like to can someone please please help me with these issues so i can continue with my external coursework.
am i asking my questions in the right place is there a phone number i can talk to or should i give you my email i would really like to get this figured out so i can move on.
