I try saving my documents with Pack and Go so i can send them via mail. It saves the files in a zip (rar) file but whenever is send the file and they try to open it it doesn't open my parts.

And yes this is after they unpack the zip file. It doesn't find the location of the parts, isn't it the point of Pack and Go so the filepath doesn't get messed up when sending the zip file?
