No email received after purchase

I purchased the 3dexperience student edition for 72\\\$ but received absolutely no email from dassault for order confirmation or download link.Absolutely no email regarding the purchase.It has been about 6 hours now but still no response.My card has been charged.Please look into the matter.Also I have checked my spam but nothing.And when I try to add it to the cart again I receive message saying that previous order is processing.I was given a link by dassault support to access the software but it shows that I do not have access to the 3ds platform.
