I recently purchased the software and when i tried to log in for the first time it said I didn't have access to the platform. I then followed the steps on the FAQ page to help with this but I got the same result. I was also curious, I purchased the student edition but when I made the purchase it never asked me to verify my eligibility as a student or anything like that. Not sure if this is causing the issue or not.
