I purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students package few days ago. Since it includes certifications and learning videos, I intend to use the material. However I do not seem to have access to the videos and certifications even tho I successfully purchased the package. I am the administrator and have granted permission to 3D Innovator Student, 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA Student, 3DSwymer & Collaborative Industry Innovator. Anyone experienced the same issue? My license number: OI000569144.    Any help much appreciated, thank you.
