New Members Cannot Access Academic Portal | Need Help Assigning EDU Roles

Hello!
Our student engineering team is using the 3DEXPERIENCE for Education / Academic Platform through the sponsorship program.

Some new members created their 3DEXPERIENCE accounts on their own, but they cannot access the Academic Portal because their accounts don't have any EDU roles assigned yet.

Since we only have an invitation code and not admin rights, how can we add these new students to our existing EDU tenant so they receive the correct roles?
