A strange problem here that I would love some help with. I subscribed to the 3D Experience to learn and get certified in CATIA back on March 31st. It said my subscription was delivered, but my subscriptions tab says I don't have anything, so I can't use it or cancel the recurring charge. My credit card was charged, and it's on my purchases tab. I called support, and they said they cannot even find an account under my name and email, and that I should post here for help. I am able to log into my account, where this purchase was made, using the same student email. On this forum, my profile also displays the correct student email and name. Not sure what's going on but if anyone could clear this up and help me get access, that would be great! I attached SS of my purchase for the order number, and it is the correct \\\$60 as advertised on the site. Thanks!
