Thanks for the help @FS regarding my installation problems 4 weeks ago. I tried it acc. to your suggestion as well. But it won't open that way either. Part Design should run even if Catia doesn't but whenever I open it on this platform or on my computer, the Launcher stops abprutly. So I figuered that these programs simply won't run on my laptop.

Had also two friends (working in IT) to help me with installing it and they both told me that my computer somehow does not match the criteria. Tried to cancel my puchase through 4(!!) e-mails via the contact form over the last 5 weeks and always got an automatic reply that I sent it correctly.... but have been waiting for an answer on my latest request for three week now. Meanwhile my 30day canellation right has expired and I am really annoyed that no one seems to care about studebts who cannot easily afford ~90€... I am really disappointed that there is no one to contact in person! Is there any phone number I can contact directly? I really hate that I had paid for a product I cannot use and no one cares -.-
