I am mentoring some university teams with 3DEXPERIENCE. Teams generally have difficulties in task and data management. To solve this problem I advised them to create a Route as they progress according to their weekly plans.
First, they create the Route and send the related 3D files as deliverable, and they have bookmarks to folder data but after the route starts, there is no possibility to open another sub-task during the week. This causes a lack of organization because sub-tasks are not connected to the route, so they cannot see the main purpose as a route layout.
As another solution method, we proceeded with Project Planning. In this method, teams made task assignments more easily, but this time they could not see which main title the assigned tasks were part of. What are your recommendations on this subject?
