I purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students subscription yesterday, but after nearly 20 hours, I still have not received access to download or use Abaqus.

I have already paid for the subscription, and I need Abaqus for my master's thesis work. Could someone please guide me through the proper steps required to activate my license and obtain access to the Abaqus software?

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
