What is the most efficient way to Navigate and Manage Objects (Parts, Drawings, Assemblies, etc.) in a specific Collab Space in 3DX?

Also what is the most efficient way to get from the Relations App to the Collab Lifecycle App? 

Manage in this case means:

• To check the relations: if they are properly connected, 
• managing loose objects, 
• setting obsolete/freeze/release,
• move objects to correct collab.
• Testing with B.I. (nice command)
• make remarks for other users on errors (currently external I dont know how the internal one works yet)
• testing for interference 

Situation:

• If you do a search (with 6W tags filtering and so on) you can directly open the Collab Lifecycle App and manage the list of filtered objects. Now quite so often I need to check what the relations of a part are so I need to switch to Relations. This closes the filtered search window and opens the relations window with the respective selected object. After checking the relations window I need to get back to the filtered window or I want to manage the lifecycle of the related objects. However opening the Collab Lifecycle from Relations does not switch but opens a separate unrelated window.
• Current strategy: 
  • I do not find any Parent / Child that needs extra attention:
    • I open a new tab (so that Relations app is not active!) and click on the search button to switch back to my latest filtered seach and continue. 
    • This works as long as I dont need to search for something in between and redo the entire 6W filtering.
    • You can apparently save favorite seaches but I was unable to find out how it works so far. (How?)
  • I do find a Parent / Child that need extra attention:
    • I open the part and then work with the loaded part in the lifecycle app. 
    • Takes time opening every part every time.
• A new strategy I found that Im currently experimenting with is by using the Relations App on the web browser. In this case I drag and drop the object I want to check into the Relations App in the web browser. 
• I also use the Engineering Release App in the web browser to support checking the Status of all the objects contained in the targeted Assembly.

Is there a more streamlined or a more efficient strategy to solve my tasks? What is the 3DX philosophy for this basically?
