Whenever I try to open any of the native apps like Part Design, Assembly Design etc they never open. The launcher will appear and it will run through the initial steps and then the launcher window will disappear and nothing happens after that. I can see 3DExperience appear in the task manager when it is booting and when the launcher window disappears so does it.

In the error.log in the appdata local folder I get this error.

Can someone point me in the right direction to get it working
