I downloaded the 2020 version of SW a few days ago and when I went to access MySolidWorks, my subscription had expired. No big deal. I went to update my serial # and it said my serial number was invalid. I copied and pasted my active serial # from the about SolidWorks tab and it still doesn't recognize my serial #. No idea what to do from here but there are several others in my class including my professor who appear to have the same issue. what do I do now? MySolidWorks is a huge portion of our class curriculum so I need to have access to it.
