My 9020 serial number successfully activates SOLIDWORKS, but MySOLIDWORKS keeps my account as Guest and reports "The serial number is invalid" when I attempt to register it. Could you verify whether my serial includes MySOLIDWORKS access or whether there is an entitlement issue?
