Missing Platform Access License

I renewed my license in January of this year. However when I try to launch Solidworks there are two error windows that pop-up. 

The first is the title of this post, Missing Platform Access License. The second window says the same thing with more technical information such as my user ID, etc. 

When I try to load the support page, I get an access denied error. 

I have a project due this week. HELP!
