Hello 3DEXPERIENCE Edu team,

I am trying to manage the workspace for our student racing team, Spark X, but I am running into a permission issue.

Our team’s accounts were created via a bulk roster import for our sponsorship late last year, but my account (farisehab100@gmail.com) was only granted the standard 3DSwymer role. As the Team Leader, I need Administrator privileges on our tenant to access the Platform Management dashboard, manage our licenses, and assign the necessary CAD and CAE software roles to my team members.

(Note: I attempted to submit this through the official Online Support Form, but the page was repeatedly throwing a server timeout error, which is why I am posting here).

Could a moderator or support agent please help elevate my account to Administrator so we can properly utilize our workspace? I can provide our original Excel roster as proof of my designated role if needed.
