Hi,

I have submitted a signed eligibility form and my DD Form 214 to Solidworks, twice, using this link:

I have never received any response from them (it's been about 2 weeks). Does someone have a different link to use or have a phone number or email address for help? Not going through a VAR at this point so not sure how to get in contact with anyone.
