A member of our student challenge team (email: harry.crocker@hotmail.com) was added to our group and cannot access 3DExperience. This is the error message he sees (see attached)
He has received the attached string of emails which have seemingly added and removed his access twice.
We were told by support that our group was improperly given access to "USE1", which they removed and then gave us access to "USW1". This member seems to have been added and removed from USE1 twice while never being added to USW1.
