Mating Inconsistencies

CSWA Here who has tried every way to mate a pipe (which has a 1.2 degree slope per code requirements) to a sanitary T with zero success.  No matter what combination of mates I use, Solidworks is never happy and keeps breaking.  Even after asking Claude AI and exhausting every last one of his suggestions (which followed my own process to the T) there is no way that I've found to resolve this conflict...

So how in the hell do you mate a 1.2 degree angled pipe (without cutting a 1.2 degree angle at the end of the pipe) with an otherwise horizontal sanitary T?  The width mate does not work on two circular surfaces.  The tangent mate from the outer edge of the pipe to the inside of the tee breaks the model as soon as you apply any distances to the design...  This is a COMMON plumbing scenario.  ALL plumbing pipes have to be sloped per code...  The corresponding T's are not sloped...  Nor are the connecting vertical pipes.  You can't use Concentric due to the angle... you can't use distance due to the angle...  Nor should I have to cut a damn 1.2 degree angle on the end of the pipe to satisfy a Coincident mate.  This is getting ridiculous.  Perhaps a CSWP can answer this problem?
