I just purchased the CATIA Student Edition to be able to draw 2D shapes. I'm planning to use it to create tiling designs, which need to be precise in sizes and angles and allow easy translations and rotations of the shapes, as well as reflections. As a result, I need something where I can draw precisely. I'm not sure which app to use for this. I would appreciate any advice.
