Logging problem

Hi !
I’m a member of a formula student team that has one of your educational licenses for 3DExperience platform.
The problem appears when I try to open the program with my user and my password, it closes suddenly in a few seconds. I tried to install it again but this problem continue happening to me.
I have a look of the log folder and it seems that it doesn’t read some libraries. But I don’t know if that is the real problem.
I will be very grateful if yoanyone could help me to solve my problem, because at this moment, I can’t use the platform.
