Hello,

I'm using 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA Student - IYI licence for some years now. till now everything worked fine, so i decided to get Collaborative 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer Student licence as well. When i start the native app area, i get an information that there is an error " 'IYR-3DEXPERIENCE Engineer Students' cannot be used because of unauthorized prerequisite (IWR - Collaborative 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer Students Extension' (IWR_RP)). 

Did anyone solve this issue in the past, or does anyone have an idea how i can get this licence work in the native apps 3DX?
