It's so hard not to solve it and can't do anything for nearly two weeks

  1. As a question answer to SR01200846-01, which I consulted with before, I acted with the manual, but the problem was not solved, so I pressed "click this message to access the request" but it still shows that the access was denied.

     

  2. So, since I received a reply by e-mail, I wrote down what I was curious about and what I did by StudentEdition.Support@3ds.com e-mail, but I haven't received an answer yet.

     

  3. I waited 5 days for an answer, but I couldn't because I didn't get an answer, so I couldn't do "submit study support request" in student support, but my account was blocked. I don't understand. 

    I want answers to these three questions. 

    It's so hard to do nothing for two weeks and just wait for an answer. They look at my problems like a fool. I'd appreciate it if you could give me a refund. I can't stand it any longer
