I recently got access to 3DExperience and while my account works well online, I can't seem to be able to connect to my account with the desktop app (and Solidworks to that matter).
The error states:
Authentication error
Connecting to PLM1 provider.
Connection to server failed: ??.
The connection parameters used to connect to the server are incorrect or the server is unavailable: ??.
Check the port/root URI, etc.: ??.
The app will close (please contact your administrator).
