Issues with 3DEXPERIENCE Login and Subscription Verification

I am experiencing a couple of issues with my 3DEXPERIENCE account:

  1. Login via SOLIDWORKS: I am unable to log in from SOLIDWORKS itself. When I enter my email and password, it does not accept my credentials. However, I am able to log in successfully from my browser.
  2. Subscription status: When I log in via my browser, my profile indicates that I have no orders or subscriptions. However, I purchased SolidWorks for Students 2025 with the CSWA & CSWP exam codes in March, and it should be reflected in my account.

My SolidWorks works perfectly fine localy. I noticed there is something wrong with my account when I tried to login to take the CSWA exam.
