Hello everyone,
I’m currently facing an issue with collecting my badges on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and would appreciate any guidance from the community.
I have successfully completed all required sections for the following courses as a student, and they are marked as completed:
- Explore the Mechanical Designer Role
- Practice SIMULIA Linear Structural Validation
- Explore the NC Prismatic Machine Programmer Role
- Explore the Collaborative Industry Innovator Role
However, I am unable to collect or access the corresponding badges. When I try, I encounter a “Page not found” error (screenshot attached).
I have already contacted Credly support, and they advised me to reach out to 3DEXPERIENCE customer service. I attempted that as well but haven’t received a response so far.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? If so, could you please share how you resolved it?
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
