Hello,

I was previously working in CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE with a temporary 3-month license. That license has now expired, and I have activated a new one-year student license using my university email address.

The problem is that when I open 3DEXPERIENCE with the new student license, I cannot find or access the designs I was working on with the previous license. I have checked My Content / 3DSpace, but the previous 3D Shapes / Physical Products do not appear.

I would like to know if it is possible to recover or transfer the data from the previous account/platform/3DSpace to my new student account.

The previous work was very important because it contains several CATIA parts and surfaces I had been developing for a university project.

Could someone please tell me who I should contact or what steps I should follow to recover those files?
