I am a student currently trying to purchase the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer Student Edition for a one-year license.
I have encountered a significant obstacle during the checkout process: my country of residence and billing, Venezuela, is unfortunately not listed among the available countries in the billing address dropdown menu. This prevents me from completing the transaction online.
Could you please advise on the correct procedure for students in Venezuela to purchase and activate this software?
I would appreciate it if you could either:
1. Provide an alternative method for payment/billing.
2. Connect me with the authorized distributor for the Latin American region who can process the order manually.
